Library of Things Privacy Policy

SERVICE PROVIDERS

We use Squarespace to provide the services of our website. Squarespace does not have access to your personal information.

CARD PAYMENTS

Credit and debit card payment services are provided directly by Stripe.com. At no point are card details stored with Library of Things or transferred by Library of Things. When you initially provide your payment information, we transmit it via an encrypted connection to Stripe. Stripe uses and processes your payment information in accordance with Stripe’s Privacy Policy. If you wish to delete these details from Stripe, email us via hello@libraryofthings.co.uk. Doing so will mean you will terminate your Library of Things membership.

SECURITY

The security of your personal information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

LINKS TO OTHER SITES

Our website may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Our website does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete this information from our servers immediately.
