We use Squarespace to provide the services of our website. Squarespace does not have access to your personal information.
We use myTurn to provide the services of our item catalogue. MyTurn has access to your personal information only to perform tasks on our behalf and are not permitted to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
If you wish to disconnect your credit or debit card from your myTurn account, you can do so by logging into your myTurn account, going to ‘payment method’, and clicking the ‘remove’ button next to your card details. This will not delete your credit or debit card details from Stripe. If you wish to delete these details from Stripe, email us via email@example.com. Doing so will mean you will fully terminate your Library of Things membership.
The security of your personal information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
